{Belly to Baby} Miss Kennedy

You may remember the maternity session I did a while ago?  Sarah, Jordan and their adorable girls...  I am finally getting around to blogging some of the fall sessions I missed.  And the arrival of sweet Kennedy!

Sarah and Jordan have such an interesting story about miss Kennedy's arrival.  Sarah's brother, Gary and girlfriend, Katie had due dates pretty close together.  They even scheduled all of their doctors appointments and ultra sounds at the same time!  Sarah was visiting Katie in the hospital while she was in labor on Friday September 30th when she received a phone call from her doctors office.  Her blood work came back a little off and she was told to go straight to the hospital and be admitted!  All she had to do was walk out into the hallway because she was already there waiting for her nephew to be born!  Just four and a half hours after Sarah's nephew Gage was born, Miss Kennedy made her entrance via c-section!  mom and baby were perfectly healthy!

Due to hospital policies at this particular location, I was not allowed into the delivery room.  Jordan had his camera and did a great job! (I guess having your third daughter, you know the drill!!)  He also allowed me to use the photos in our slideshow to share the whole story, belly to baby.

{The Flatt's part one!} Family

Here is group one of the Flatt gang! 

I crossed over the bridge into Illinois to meet up with this group.  It was a windy windy November Sunday, but we did our best to keep the hair from flowing in faces!  A little easier with the boys :)

{Gary, Katie, Gage} Family

Happy Saturday!  I am going to keep this one short and sweet and get right into the photos!

Meet Gary, Katie and 1 month old baby Gage!

When we meet two weeks ago - it was pretty chilly outside.  Maybe like in the upper 40's?  We would cover little Gage up and make him all warm and toasty and then un-cover him when I was all ready with my settings.

Gage's old man grumpy face as Katie and Gary called it.  TOO cute.  He knew how to use those eyebrows!

Gage is sure to grow up doing a little hunting with his dad.  How adorable are these coveralls and boots!  And no better day than to show them off - opening hunting weekend!!

Gary also grew up playing hockey his whole life.  I am sure this will be another fun this he will share with Gage as soon as he starts walking!

Thank you Gary and Katie for spending the day with me! I can't wait to squeeze on Mr. Gage again :)

{Ryan, Jessica, Braden, Aubrey} Family

The Kirk Family!!  Thank you so much for being patient through this busy fall season!  I wont keep your post waiting any more... :)

I met the Kirk's out on Main Street a few weekends ago.  It was a little warmer than we expected - a special thanks to Ryan for still wearing his fall sweater in the almost 80 degree weather... you rock :)

Here is Aubrey and Braden.  They are some busy bodies!  Aubrey just turned 2 and Braden just turned 4.

 As a little trick to get my little ones to look in the camera when I want, I tell them there are fish in my lens.  Braden said he got one... and that he did. lol

Miss Aubrey was a little shy at first... she wanted to do everything her brother did. So adorable how she looks up to him already.

Love this one! Seriously, how cute are they!?

{Josh, Marlene, Carter, Baby Boy} Family/Maternity

Yes, I am blogging during the World Series!!!  Go St. Louis Cardinals!!!

I met up with Josh, Marlene, Carter and baby boy to be almost two weeks ago at my favorite place again! :) Faust Park. (Sorry I am a little behind Marlene! Thanks for being so patient!!)

Marlene, you make being pregnant good!!

Carter, is quite a character!  He was making up poses and showing ME how to do it!!  It worked out well I think!

Marlene is expecting another boy in a few weeks.  Carter is going to make a great big brother!!

When Marlene changed her shirt to this short sleeve purple one, I got a little excited about her tattoo!  Love these colors!!

Marlene, your family is so adorable!  Thank you so much for letting me capture these moments for you!!
